Shipping & Delivery
Delivery is free when you spend SGD80 and over, and SGD8 for orders below SGD80.
Please note that orders that fall below SGD80 after application of any promotion code will incur a delivery fee of SGD8. This fee will be added to your order at the time of checkout.
We deliver to most parts of Singapore including Sentosa. However, there are some areas where we can’t deliver or offer a restricted service. You’ll see if we deliver to your chosen delivery address at checkout.
We aim to dispatch all orders and deliver within 3 to 5 working days of your order being placed. Delivery time appearing on the Site are estimates and are to be used as a guide only.
If delivery is delayed by any event outside of our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay. Provided we do this, we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to cancel your order and we will give you a refund for any goods you have paid for but not received.
We don’t offer international delivery.
We do reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'llnotify you as soon as possible.
The Customer should ensure that an authorised recipient is present at the delivery address to receive the delivery, failing which we reserve the right to charge a re-delivery fee for each subsequent trip made after an unsuccessful delivery.
Should any products in the Customer’s order become unavailable after an order been placed for any reason whatsoever, we shall contact the Customer to arrange for analternate delivery timing or change of order.
