No Return & No Exchange Policy  

At Pet Priority Supplies, your pet’s health and safety always come first.  

For hygiene and food safety reasons, all pet food, treats, supplements, and consumable products are not eligible for return or exchange once sold. This helps us to ensure that every product leaving our care meets the highest safety standards for all pets.  

We encourage pet parents to review the product descriptions, ingredients and feeding guidelines carefully before placing an order. If you are unsure, our team is always happy to help with recommendations before purchase.  

 When we can help 
In accordance with Singapore’s consumer protection guidelines, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund if: 

  • You receive an incorrect item, or 

  • The item arrives damaged or defective  

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, together with clear photos and your order number, so we can resolve the issue promptly.  

This policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (CPFTA) and is in place to protect the wellbeing of pets and our community.
